Instead of sitting, sweaty-palmed, across from a potential employer, you’ve made it to the other side. Now you’re the one sitting cool and collected across from a sweaty-palmed potential hire, trying to parse if they are the right person for the job. Perhaps you found a potential match on the Lonely Hearts Board. Maybe you’re swamped with work and feel desperate for help. But slow down a minute: Are you really ready? Like, really ready? Sure, bringing on help sounds easy enough—post a job, ask around, find a person, shake some hands, pay them money.
